We roast our beans a few streets away in Edinburgh, sourcing directly from producers who care as much as we do. Every cup here is an honest reflection of that work — balanced, clean, and worth your time.

Our Spittal Street bar keeps things simple: a calm space, natural light, and a steady hum of espresso machines doing what they do best. The team on the counter are the same ones behind the roaster — so if you want to talk process, origin, or why your brew tastes the way it does, you’re in the right place.

You’ll find a rotating line-up of single-origin filters, seasonal espresso profiles, and the occasional limited release straight from the roastery. Everything’s roasted in small batches for consistency and clarity — because coffee should taste good without needing a lecture.

If you want to take it home, our shelves are stocked with freshly roasted coffee and a few tools to help you brew it well.
